Tubemail also offer to our customers, access to our ‘Maintenance App’ database. This access offers complete transparency of Tubemail’s technicians whilst onsite. The App gives time stamped information on when technicians arrive onsite, what devices are being maintained, with in depth information on system condition and what steps were taken in the maintaining the device.
